download the Vista driver here http://downloads.lexmark.com/static/229-1-0-444.html

if you have connect it to a vista computer it should search for the driver straight away but if it doesn't is it likely it does not work on vista.

now you could look for driver downloads free on the lexmark site by the model number hope this work for you
