Accelerate directly toward the earth and crash into the earth (and that would be bad).

EDIT (in response to those below who say it would move toward the sun).
The force due to gravity from the sun to the moon is approximately a factor of 2 greater than the force due to gravity from the earth to the moon, so the moon would more-than-likely move toward the sun. But, then it would depend on the relative position of all 3 bodies. If this happened during a full or gibbous moon, then the earth would be the 'target'. For a new, crescent, or half moon, the sun would indeed be the target.

Fall into the sun.

The moon actually orbits the sun. It only dances with the Earth in lock step. But viewed from above, the moon's orbit is everywhere concave to the sun. The sun has twice the influence on the moon as the Earth does. If it suddenly stopped, and Earth was not in the way of its fall, it would accelerate toward the sun.
