The answer to your question is yes, there can be fossils in metamorphic rocks.

Metamorphic rocks form when a pre-existing rock is transformed by heat, pressure and chemical processes inside the earth. If the pre-existing rock contained fossils, often these processes will destroy or distort the fossils, but that is not always the case and sometimes fossils will remain in a metamorphosed rock.

This is particularly true of marble. Marble is the product of limestone metamorphosis. Limestone is largely formed of the calcium carbonate shells of marine invertebrates. When limestone changes into marble, it is quite common for some of these fossil shells to remain identifiable.

Well, yes. Most people in science consider rocks being like fossils because rocks are old (most). Any type of rock could have a fossil like igneous, metamorphic, etc.

yes why not every kind of rock can have fossile because it is being reformed, even some times in igenous rocks that can be present.

Yes, it's just sedimentary rock that got sat on.
