My nipples are KILLING ME.This has been going on for most of my pregnancy but in the last week or so its been hell.I also noticed my left breast has been leaking a little bit is this normal?
with my first i never had this problem until i started breastfeeding.
im 29 weeks

I forgot to mention that before i found out i was pregnant i went to my doctor complaining about pains and it turned out i had 3 cysts in my left breast.Could this be why?

yes it is normal for you nipples to leak, they have been used once to breast feed and so are not as strong as they was before, nipple pain well i know just what that's like, I'm 16 weeks with baby number 5 and I've been in agony with this one. the slightest brush against them and I'm almost crying.

This is so normal with my pregancy my breast leaked for about a month. There isn't to much u can do,my self I just wore a nice fitted bra and a little padding for the leakage.

Bingo!! The fluid is probably a kind of puss that is associated with the cysts. I would have it checked out to make sure you don't have an infection. Especially if you plan to breast feed.

Well, it is possible if you already are leaking to have blocked ducts...etc, even if you aren't breastfeeding yet. You can have all those problems right now that you generally could have during breastfeeding.
Start looking at the painful things that happen while your breastfeeding...blocked ducts...infection....to see if it could be any of those.
I'm sorry. OUCH!
