...I'm probably going to get ragged on & heckled for actually answering this question (...and perhaps catering to someone's perverse fetish), but I happened to know of a website that carries films like this; I primarily go there, for the rare horror films they carry, but upon exploring the site further, I have actually stumbled upon what you seem to be looking for...

You need to look for old movies, they don't do that anymore in good movies because people discovered that it takes a long time to knock someone out with chloroform and they don't buy it anymore.
However trashy movies are everywhere:
