tickle does not publish their validity and reliability statistics so it is difficult to say whether the test is accurate or not. My assumption is that it is not accurate or they would have made their research on their test avaliable.
Also, to those promoting the idea that speed needs to be taken into account, which tickle does not: on the WISC-IV I.Q. test for children only two subtests: coding and symbol search are actually timed and make up only a portion of the overall I.Q. number (under the Processing Speed Index). So, I do not necessarily think that "speed" is the biggest problem with tickle.

It is not timed, but it is a pHd level test, like it says in the description, it is accurate, may not be 100%, but then again a timed test also wouldn't be 100%, some answers you may guess may be right and higher your IQ and you may guess some wrong and lower it, if the answers were open answers, where we wouldn't have a selection of answers, and we just wrote the answer in text or number form, then someone with the answers checked it, it would be a lot more accurate, although, still not 100% due to the way we write things and the ways we see things, over all the test is accurate, no test is 100% accurate, only something strapped up to our brain could be

It's very hard to know whether that test is accurate, because it's almost impossible to get Tickle's "free" results without paying. I've tried several times and have never been able to access the score they keep saying is on the next page. Instead, they repeatedly try to sell me an "analysis" of my IQ score.

Well, no internet test can be as accurate as a real IQ test, but I would tend to think that tickle wouldn't be one of the best. It's probably a good idea to take several tests (just google "iq test online") and then average your scores.

I don't believe it to be accurate, because I believe it has a false cap like so many online IQ tests. I took the version here: http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-2578070-7201406
and my score on Tickle was 29 points lower than my previous IQ test, which was a "real" one. Hey, its fun anyway.
And to the person who couldn't get to her results: you just keep hitting skip on the ads and it will take you to your results. Or maybe THATS just part of the test =D They also email the results so be sure to enter you email address.
