You have a troll dear! Someone is looking through all your answers. That is the only way you could have been reported on an answer you gave so long ago.
Set your Q/A to private to all except your contacts and fans.

Someone miffed at you.They peruse all your answers and zap them.I had an account suspended out of the blue last Spring.Same thing must've happened.

reply with your own violation notice, tell them you feel violated because you don't even have that account anymore, and shouldn't be hassled about it. Take away their points!
