My favorites from this list were history and sociology. They helped me to better understand interactions between people and groups, and patterns of behavior between people.
However, you're probably not going to enjoy a class just because I said so; think about what you're interested in.

I took all of those classes in High School and/or College. Loved them all. But I think Psychology is most interesting because of it gives you the chance to better understand the human mind. I was especially fascinated by my Abnormal Psych classes.
Next, I would say History because it's important to understand HOW we got where we are today. After that, Sociology because it helps you to understand how conditions (economics, class, education, etc...) affect you as a person.

They each have value. How you are mentally structuring your career, to me, should influence your choice. If you have ambitions to participate in the way law is manipulated that results in the continued infringement on individual freedom, history and poli science will assist you. Speech will assist you provide better structure and alacrity when forming the content of your message. It will also help you become more comfortable if you have to speak in public. Psych/Socio are closely interconnected, and I took them simultaneously because i could integrate the influence they have on each other. I really enjoyed biology. It was the foundation of my comprehension of the function of life on this planet. So, take your pick.

Whether you're talking about high school or college, you'd be best taking the ones that sound most interesting to you and/or which will do your "major" the best good. Nobody else can tell you what's going to be "interesting" to you.
P.S. What does this have to do with the "Sociology" forum??? You're not going to put the same question in each corresponding forum, are you??? Please put questions into their proper forums (in this case, "Higher Education" or "Other" would have worked).

It comes down to what you like as well as if it may help your major.
I personally would go with psychology or sociology.
I think what makes peoples actions/behavior under certain conditions is fascinating.

It totally depends on what you enjoy. For me, it would be psych and poly sci.
If you can get your hands on the textbooks and start flipping through them, that should give you an idea of what will be best for you.
