A Morrow 152? That doesn't tell you how wide the board is.

Snowboarding boots should be fitted in person at a shop - but in general they run a little small. You want them to fit snug with a medium sock and as you use them they will "pack out" - which means get bigger about 1/4 to 1/2 size. So if you can't have him fitted in person, I would start with the 12 which will probably be a little tight, but shouldn't cut off circulation when worn around the house - that would be the right fit.

Whether the bindings will fit will depend on the boot that you choose and how wide the board is - when you buy the boots, take the board and bindings and you will be able to see if the boots fit the bindings and if the boot is too wide for the board - they shouldn't hang over the edge very far.

Good Luck
