uh, anthony, just curious how giving a foetus figurine to people that's baby died would actually help them?!! if someone gave me a foetus figurine and I'd have a miscarriage, I'd be pissed off!

that aside, I think it would make a fabulous gift for my birthday!

where can I buy them from?!!

Yes, they're real. You can buy embryo and fetus dolls/figurines. They're marketed to parents who are trying to cope with a miscarriage. It's kinda weird if you ask me, but I've never been in that boat, so who am I to judge. Maybe I'd also want one if it happened to my wife and me.

EDIT: No doubt that would be a horrible gift idea, but I think it's usually the parents who buy them for themselves. It probably helps them to have something tangible as a representation of the baby they loved and lost before they ever got the chance to meet.
They also use them for education or pro-life demonstrations. I've posted a link to a place that sells them. I've seen better, more life-like ones when my wife was pregnant (like the one in the pictures you posted), I just don't remember where.
