That normally is a sign of fur mites. Look to see if your rabbit has any lines of scabs on her neck around the skin where the neck meets the shoulders. That is a typical sign also. Another sign is seeing what looks like dandruff coming from the rabbit's fur.
If you have another rabbit in with the rabbit, that could also be the cause. The other rabbit could be chewing the fur off.

She could be pulling it out through boredom, or it could be mites etc. Best to take her to the vets to get her checked out & make sure she has plenty of toys to play with throughout the day.
