I usually have to give my nose a good honk in the mornings but always feel embarressed about it in front of anyone, even if I do it in the bathroom as they might hear it. I've never had a partner who needed to blow theirs, so wondered if I'm unusual.

No you are not unusual. I too blow my nose every morning plus 2 or 3 times throughout the day. I don't honk though but l wouldn't worry about it.

My fiance "honks" his every morning, probably a couple of times. No big deal! Wouldn't you rather get whatever out of there than laugh hard and it come flying out?? Don't be stuffed up, blow that thing!

Yeah - every single morning. I don't know what it is, allergy, natural build up... but I suffer hayfever pretty badly at times, so blowing my nose is like breathing... well exhaling violently anyway :) Don't be embarrased!!

Is your nose always stuffy? That's not normal. I don't know anyone who blows their nose everyday. It's possibly an allergy or sinus- related problem causing it.

no, but everyone has their morning rituals. thats cute you don't want to be embarrassed. it's totally fine. my old gf used to do stranger things than that every morning
