Years ago a driver cut me off and I missed my exit. I was so angry I threw my Tabo Bell bean burrito at the offending car. SPLAT! Bean burrito all over the passanger window. The look of horror on the drivers face was priceless.
So how about a burrito launcher?

My friend installed a 1 million candlepower spotlight that he shines at the car behind him when he's being tailgated. It's obscured by two sheets of paper. The sheet facing the driver behind him is plain white, and the one behind it says "Get off my @$$". When the spotlight goes on, the words "Get off my @$$" is burned into the other driver's retina.

have high-pressure condiment sprayers with adjustable nozzles, to adjust the spray pattern. and don't forget the automatic shrink wrapper after all is said and done, to lock in the effects.
maybe add a skunk as well?
