Depends on what state you are in. Most states allow marriage with parents' consent and judge's approval at age 16, but it varies.

I've never heard of one as low as 14, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Your local county clerk's office is where marriage licenses are issued and filed. Call and ask, they will know the answer for sure.

First, someone that can't spell married has no business getting married.
Second, a 14 year old can not get married even with parental consent in most states.
Third, there is no state where a physical relationship outside of marriage between these two people would be legal.
Fourth, to answer the question about legality would require knowledge of the state where these people lived.

Your parents' poor judgment ,being willing to sign for you to marry at all at your age is the same poor parenting which made it necessary for the state to protect you.
I married at 15 to a 19 year old ,and within 6 months my self confidence was so shaky it was unreal.I was a child in an adult role, with adult responsibilities, and unable to cope. This lack of self confidence put my self esteem in the basement, and I wound up being abused for 16 years because I believed I could never do any better.
Now I have three adult children with issues from bad childhoods from bad parents-something I never wanted to be.
Just because your hormones are ready, that doesn't mean you are.
Furthermore, you do not have the right to put your children through what they will have to go through, having an immature mother.
If this man truly loves you unselfishly,he will allow you to finish growing up before he forces womanhood on you.

why is there a 24 year old that wants to marry a 14 year old---it's illegal and it's sick! if you are in state custody, then the state has the right--not the parents. if it's you, and you're14 and wanting to marry a 24 yr old---then you need to NOT DO IT!!!!! there truely is something sick about him that he wants to marry a 14 yr old. i can guarantee you that in 3-4 yrs, you will be too old for him and he will dump you for another CHILD
