My existence is a fact.
I believe myself.
I believe myself when I say that God exists.
so I guess I'll tick all three because they are all facts.

Good Q in my opinion.
God in me helps me discern, or pick out, which facts are useful in a situation. And so, I might be leaning towards saying I believe 'me' the most.
But, I believe God the most, the way you phrase your Q. I think that it's not quite that cut and dried as these areas can tend to overlap depending on situations and how my mind is working in a given circumstance.
Facts are what they are, sometimes they change depending upon the sources, research, new information brought to light, etc. So I leave room for other facts to supercede or override the current factual knowledge, and then I don't get upset when or if the facts change.
While I believe myself to be a fairly balanced individual, I have moments of great confidence as well as moments of great doubt, so I am changeable depending on many factors.
I have principles I live by, and those don't change for me, but whether I choose to put them first in my behavior can fluctuate for me on a 'difficult' day. So, while I 'believe in myself' I have other support that feeds me and is my source than just my own 'monkey mind' (meaning it hops about and squawks at me sometimes and can just 'go banannas' - this is in no way putting monkeys down - for all you monkey lovers out there)
God, or as you put it GOD - is unmoving, constant, always available to me. It is I who move nearer or further away from my God-awareness in a given day. And to me, this One Power and One Presence, God the Good Omnipotent (all-powerful), is eternal.
So when I reread what I've written, this equation still points to God as my answer.
Thanks for the Q
:)

There are many facts but truth is only one. Then all facts of life, I believe, are fact originating from one reality, otherwise there would be two worlds far apart from one another with no conflict to good and evil in the mind – if evil world were to be placed separately from the good world. And since this world, that is my world, is a world of facts, and those facts are many, and many facts are all interlinked, therefore, there must be a way to see the entirety for my being that is also a fact.
As I need to see justice when facts unjustly placed, balance and harmony when facts disruptively scattered and all over the place, beauty when facts ugly and faith even when I see all around me deception, trickery and intrigue all around. I have often strong and uncomfortable sense of being carried away in a river of multitude of events happen all around, of being lost in intricacies of this entirely factual world, then I need to see myself clearly, I need to see where I stand, and what is my stand; I need to understand what is me and what is merely an illusion that I carry on my mind. In such hours of my need I resort to the greatest facts of all, the supreme, the God almighty for light and knowledge.

I don't believe much of anything but what I see. So myself I suppose. Sometimes perception can be skewed as well though. "Facts" would be second because there is evidence to support they are true. That doesn't necessarily mean they are though. God could be there but then again maybe not. I definitely don't agree with the biblical version.
Who really knows what to believe? Just what we want to I suppose.

Facts are just theories we are 'pretty sure' are true. Truth is really just an idea we humans came up with...
So, I don't know. I don't really believe myself all that much, but I do have my own theories of God. And I believe my own theories of God are true. But again, I just 'think' so.
I'm going to go with God, but remember it might not be the same God that you might believe in. You asked a pretty complex question....

I believe in facts when I have them, myself, if no facts are available, and God. When she talks to me.
