Do you guys think the show Cane will be cancelled? I personally love this show probably because my parents are Cuban and I can see my family in theirs as far as traditions are concerned... I know they are doing pretty bad in their time slot however I know they are doing pretty good compared to other new shows for the season... what do you all think will happen? Cancelled? or picked up?

If the Cubans here in MIA have anything to do with it, it will be picked up. I am taping it for my other half who does not have time to watch it during the week and since there is the writers strike, he is planning a Cane marathon when he is off of the next 2 weeks.

It looks like they are another show that didn't get a back nine order (like my other favorite...Journeyman) but that's no surprise with the strike.
I support the writers in getting what they are asking for but now, as a viewer I am seeing how it affects me on some level. There have been a few new great shows this season and all have fallen victim to the strike. I hope Cane come back...

i think most likely after this season whenver it is officially over bc of all this strike stuff it won't be back i'm sorry to say. CBS has a lot of tv shows that do well so they only have a few time slots to fill for new shows and Cane really has not done well and continues to drop in the ratings. i could be wrong but that's my guess. Jericho is taking over its spot in Feb

i just want the writers to hurry up with their strike... :(

there's also some new sites popping up whihc r solely dedicated to this show, some r interesting others aren't doing so well.. BUT hopefully this is a sign that viewers want TO SEE more and the CBS should pick it BACK UP!

Due to the Writers' Strike, Cane will complete it's first season on December 18, 2007. It is unknown whether or not CBS will order anymore episodes after that.
