i think you mean, you lost your partition from your hard disk ... right? Then i guess your partition has got deleted or has gone into unallocated space. you could get it back by righclick on my computer, select manage. Click on Disk management. you would get the list of partitions on your hard drive along with the space alloted for each partition. you could also find here if your partition has gone into unallocated space.

You didn't lose your hard drive. If you had, then your computer would not be able to load Windows. Since you can go into My Computer, then your hard drive is present and working. You may have 'hidden' it somehow, but it's definantly there. So I'm not exactly what your problem could be. If you're on Windows, then it obviously sees the hard drive. If it didn't, Windows would not load up because it would 'think' there was no hard drive. Maybe you can update your question a little to be more specific. good luck
