I'd say competitively it would be the Colts because they have been the only ones to challenge them.
But as far as straight up bad blood goes its gotta be the Jets. The Jets hate the Pats and vice-versa. (Even before Mangini). Its residue from Yanks-BoSox, which in turn is residue from NY-Boston area feud. They are in the same division, they play each other every year (obviously) and one is almost always beating the others, which is reminiscent of how the Yanks and Sox used to be. I think it has more to do with geography than actual football rivalry.

First of all let me start by saying if you knew anything about football it's DON shula not DAN shula. Second I am the biggest RAIDERS fan walking the planet today and yes we got screwed out of a trip to the superbowl I personally do not think any of the refs working that game that day should be allowed out of prison and should forfeit all their money to me for shafting my team out of the victory that was rightfully theirs. Third The ravens are old and should just go away Ray lewis and company are way passed their prime. Fourth once again We have a team that just plain sucks the jets should just disband the frickin team they cant win and never will win again. fifth I am so tired of the peyton manning thing already The only reason him and Eli are in the league in the first place is because of their daddy whining saying that they deserve a chance to play.Neither one of them did anyting in college. And peyton even lost the heisman to my boy charles woodson in 97. Way to go quarterback you lost to a defensive back in the heisman race which almost always goes to an offensive player. And last the San Diego Chargers are just crybabies get over yourselves already and admit you got your a s s kicked by the best team in the league this decade. Sorry to say the patriots are the greatest dynasty ever in football and the will prove it this year when they go undefeated and beat Dallas in the superbowl to win their fourth superbowl this decade.

Uh...You answered the question with your description of the Colts...The Colts and Pats are obviously archrivals, and the best rivalry in the NFL now, for the better part of the past decade...
If you're talking bad blood between individuals, there is no more bad blood between Belichick and anyone else than Mangini...although they actually were civil after the game yesterday...

I'm going with the Ravens. They are a very proud team and they truly believe that the game was stolen from them. The fact that there were like 6 penalties called on them in the final 2 minutes doesn't help them forget about it either.

probably the jets just because of mangini and belichick... i think this rivalry may spark something long term over there....
however, i think the raisers got tatlly F*CKED by that bullsh*t tuck rule and the pats did not win that superbowl without it

i thought buffalo was one of their natural rivals.
some of that stuff you listed is just current reason to hate -- where nothing had existed before last season (san diego is prime example)
