I read once that the only reason he wears them is because when he was in the Marines, that's what the military issue glasses looked like, and he just stayed with it when he got out...and they've become his "look"....I don't think he looks good in them anyway....Elvis Costello looks much better in his, and he's been wearing them way longer than Drew!

Can't say if he's started a trend, but his glasses are identical (or nearly so) to the ones worn by George Reeves as Clark Kent in the 1950's Superman TV show. Check it out and see if you don't agree. Would LOVE to find out what brand or model these are/were. Anyone know? I realize that they're horn rimmed, what I want to know is specifically who made them and if they're still available. Thanks
