Best way is to read the tag on the stuff animals bum. Most say to wash with a cloth. I would get a handwash cleaning solution and to damply clean the stuffed animals surface. After when your done you can put it in the dryer on a gentle cycle to kill any bacteria or bugs or you can air dry it and spray it with lysol.

With personal experience because I'm a stuff animal freak -- don't ever put it into a washer machine. It will destroy it's softness and fluff it had before. Only some stuff animals if your lucky can be tossed in a washer machine.

Do you mean WASH?? If so, yes, use a pillow case and be careful of how long it is in the dryer. I've melted some fur on some when it got too hot.

Ive washed plenty of stuffed animals. Use the delicate setting and just put it in there. Dont dry it just put it on top of the dryer while it runs with another batch.

Place it in a pillow case, tie up the end of the case. Wash it and let it air dry for a couple days.

Hello,
Ya I just throw it into a pillow case and tie it so the stuffed critter is neatly bundled in it. No moving around.
I gets clean.
This is a great question, need to watch this one to see how others do it.

Try just spot cleaning it with a simple cleaner and wash cloth, or if you are talking about a kids favorite sutffed animal, just throw it in the washer as usual!

Yes, put it into a pillowcase for both the wash and the dry. Afterwards shake him to re-fluff him. I sold plush for years and had to keep my samples in like new clean to show.
