answer to ur 1st quest is 75 square inches, using the formula

area=1/2(a+ b)h

where a n b are the bases, and h is the height,

ur second quest is tricky, ciz the 3rd length isnt given, but if its a rightangled triangle and the last side is 4, then the area is 6

hope this helps

cheers!
