How much money has been given to Palestine?

Does anyone know how much money has been given to Palestine in the last 25 years? How much from the US?
Is it more than 1 billion? How much good has it done?

"Since the signing of the Oslo Accord in 1993, the U.S. government has committed more than $1.8 billion in economic assistance to the Palestinians. Approximately 80% of U.S. funding for the Palestinians has been channeled through USAID contractors and 20% through private voluntary organizations (PVOs)."
