Sure, soak the silver portion in some lemon juice with salt mixed in. for a minute or two.

This is the least expensive way and it won't hurt the glass.

Toothpaste removes tarnish from silver.

I wouldn't recommend dipping them in silver cleaner as it could mess up the glass.
