Email, because when I text too long or try to send an email from my phone my wrists and shoulders start to ache. And it's a lot easier to sit and type an email on computer. But for quickies I wouldn't mind texts.

It depends what for and how important it is.
IF I need the message to be seen quickly - text
if not, and it is too long or complicated for text, I prefer email.

Phone call, if given the option. Email as a last resort. And texting is for teenagers. Anyone over the age of 15 looks like a complete idiot, hunched over that tiny screen, tapping away at those miniature keys, over and over and over...

email, free, fast and straight to the point....well most of the time lolz
but if I want to talk to someone back home, i prefer text messages....so its a mixed bag for me!!!
