Time travel is theoretically impossible, in spite of the imagination of science fiction writers.

As you approach the speed of light, you become progressively heavier and time slows down, which means you would never reach your destination.
Enjoy science fiction but do not take it too seriously

Method 1: Exceed the velocity of light. Might take you a little while since time slows down as you approach the speed of light.

Method 2: Travel through an exotic space time geometry such as a wormhole. Just be careful not to get crushed at the singularity in the center.

Your question is way too general.

There are a few theories about how time travel "might" work, most of which would require much more space than we have here in this forum.

There are tons of sites online that will discuss some of them. why don't you jsut hit "time travel" in your search box?

As you approach the speed of light times slows down and stops at the speed of light. If you go faster than the speed of light you would go back in time. This is the basic theory of time.
