Sewing needle? Baby is fine.

Hypodermic needle? Accidental stick as a nurse? Different answer, do the standard procedure for accidental stick and hope for the best. Most likely both you and your baby are fine.

What is on the needle? If nothing, then yeah, it's fine.

you and the baby remain fine even after you have been administered Tetanus Toxide injection .....just dont bother about the needle prick and take it casually
