Okay, in yesterday's Jags Steelers game the jaguars were all over Big Ben and this has been a theme for him all season. The O Line has done a great job run blocking but seems to have a lot of difficulty keeping people off of their QB. Do you think that the O Line needs to work harder at pass blocking or does Roethlissberger need to get the ball off faster?

Very good question. Being an avid Steeler fan, I would say the O-Line needs to do a better job blocking and yes Roethlisburger does need to get rid of the ball a little sooner sometimes as well.

However, also keep in mind, his QB rating is actually better after getting hit once.

I really think the O-line just really needs to polish up on their pass blocking though. They should be embarrassed at how many times Ben has been sacked.

both. O line sucks, and Ben needs to become a better pocket QB. They need to utilize short high percentage passes, instead of going for a 15 yard pass. And although the last couple of screens tryed have sucked, they need to use screens with davenport. More importantly our D needs to shut people down when needed, like after we come back from a 15 point deficit.

It's both really. The O-line has been compromised for a couple of seasons now. Yes, they open up running holes sometimes, but a lot of times, it's just Parker cutting and making plays. Ben holds onto the ball too long sometimes too. Sometimes it's his fault and he just needs to get rid of the ball. Sometimes it's the receivers' fault not getting open. They're just not clicking lately and they need to get it worked out. Jacksonville completely outplayed them yesterday.

This could be a team wearing out due to so many practices being full-go in pads. There was some griping earlier in the season that trickled into the media. Linemen especially need to be paced out by the coaching staff, like a marathon runner seeking to run even splits. The O-line has regressed somewhat and it's tough to get it back so late in the season.

Both. The line play has been awful, but Ben likes to wait.

He is not getting the ball out fast enough.
