Some of this may be resolved by where you end up going to school. Let's say you get into a UC. Other than Berkeley, which you probably won't get into even with a 2000 SAT, Irvine, and Riverside, they don't offer an undergraduate business major, so you couldn't do that if you wanted to. Certainly if you go to art school it won't be an option.

The other thing I will say is that many students don't make up their minds right away. You need to take General Education requirements if you go to a university, and these will be the same regardless of what your major it, for the most part. So you have time to make this decision.

Finally, as someone said, if both fields are available, you can do one as a major and the other as a minor. I teach business at a private university, and a fairly high percentage of our students are there as a compromise with their parents, while their real love is art, music, or philosophy. Their parents won't pay for college unless they study something "practical", so they do both, either as a major and minor, or as a double major. It works well for everyone.

Hedge your bets and take one as a major and the other as a minor.
