If I signed u in April 2006 will Verizon Wireless prorate my early termination fees?

I read something about Verizon prorating charges, but I don't know if that applies to only new customers or even current customers?

no they began the priration ETF in Nov. 2006. Worked for the cmpany last year and till April ONly new accts eligible so the old customer was psssed over.
stick it out til april and save the $175 termination.
