It was a good decision. How many fantasy buffs are irate this morning? Seriously though, it showed a lot of tact, class, and smarts to take that knee. You don't want Romo and company getting the ball back with 2 minutes. That's simply too much time for an explosive offense like that. I know we didn't see that explosive offense yesterday, but that doesn't mean they couldn't have rallied and won the game. Smart move by westbrook.

No way in hell would TO have done that - he probably wouldn't have been aware of the clock and no timeouts for the opposing team.
Westbrook guaranteed a win - he knew that if Dallas got the ball back with over 2 minutes, there was a chance they could win. After all, things were bouncing their way, what with Dallas recovering all their own fumbles. You never know what can happen with an onsides kick or something.

I agree. If Westbrook had scored the TD, the eagles would have clinched the win anyway. He did not want to humiliate the cowboys the same way patriots are used to do with opponents.
Westbrook is a great player and a classy man.

It was a smart play because all the eagles wanted was a win. And Westbrook knew that tony romo could've come back in the the 2 mins without any timeouts

TO definately not. He wouldn't do anything to help his team, its all about to. Westbrook's a great player, and he's a smart player. I'd take him on my team long before i'd consider TO.
