While watching animal planet type shows, do you cheer for the predator chasing the prey, feel sad for the poor baby animal being eated by the predator, or don't pick either side?

Why did you choose the hunter, hunted, or neither?

In my humble opinion, the predators usually 'clean up' the planet in general, starting at the weakest link. Otherwise we'd have to do the cleaning ourselves, and to be serious, we're having a hard time picking after ourselves, ex. all those highways full of litter!!
Anyway, I read somewhere that in the animal kingdom, for example.. the predator goes for one of the three categories of prey: the sick, the lost, and the weak. If you think about it, their chance of survival is a lot minimized anyway, so why not get it when it's still good to eat?
I dunno, cuz watching them devour the prey is not a show for me. I think I still marvel at the way things work themselves out, you know? So I don't marvel at the prey unless it's for the way it puts up a good fight, and I don't cheer for the hunter, because it's not like it had a fair fight.. .:) unless it gets away. But I do respect the whole process... I do, however have a tendency to side with the underdog. That's cuz I have a strong personality. We'd just have to realize that death is part of life, and see the big picture. Abuse is never my piece of pie.

I once got hit in the shoulder by a very close friend.
We were watching the Land Before Time (*shrug* I didn't pick it). There is a part where the momma dinosaur falls into a gorge when a T-Rex is chasing after her (and not for her phone number either).
I said "That's so sad...
...that T-Rex isn't going to get any dinner!"
My shoulder hurt after that for some reason.

Its nature. I don't get any particular thrill out of watching small animals get torn to shreds (or shot or harpooned or what have you) but I don't think the predator should starve either. Circle of life and all that.

What I find amazing is scavengers. Folks talk abiut how disgusting the local buzzards are not realizing that they are nature's janitors. If we didn't have them the place would be a lot messier.

In animal situations, I don't cheer either on. Whatever happens, it's nature. It's the food chain and way of the world.

Now, where people are concerned, I almost always cheer on the predator. I'm one of those who roots for the bad guy in the movies. I have no idea why.

The constructive aspects you pick are extremely large. it might look good on a .22 hornet. funds is small. This an extremely straight forward and confusing subject. Realistically what you "decide on" on your .22 Hornet won't be "mandatory". it incredibly is one element to dream approximately taking small game at long levels tricked out like a sniper. you have a gun that has a "flat" trajectory out to approximately a hundred twenty five yards. maximum of your photos interior the woods would be lots closer. A 4X mounted rimfire scope with a parrellex set at 50 yards will serve your desires. in case you seek for a mounted potential rimfire scope then Bushnell, and Simmons would have the main fee for the cost you desire to pay. I even have been extremely taken aback with the two my Bushnell Banner and my Simmons Blazer. extremely taken aback by using the Blazer. it incredibly is been protecting 0 by some exceptionally tough use. BSA, Leapers, NC enormous call, Barska are actually not good after a couple of minutes. you do not decide directly to discover this out by using lacking your prey. in case you pick each thing different than the IR Mil-Dot, and heavily come on, do you certainly need IR, then attempt the Bushnell Banner 6-18 X 50mm AO. The AO is incredibly large in this. It is equipped in a sprint above your funds at $one hundred thirty.00 American. it extremely is an outstanding scope for this budget.

I don't cheer (Neither), because only immature people does these kinds of things, nature is what it is, animals hunt other animals because they need to survive, otherwise, if they don't, they won't survive. No matter how sad the situation is for those weak animals, we can't do anything about it because, they're part of the food chain, the strong will live, and the weak shall die.

The Hunted, because usually the predator has the advantage due to surprise.. and I like to see the underdog win :)

but when they get caught I just chalk it up to being a part of nature and really give it no thought past that.

I always cheer for the hunted because it breaks my heart that animals still have to eat other animals for survival. Hopefully someday scientists will figure out a way to create genetically engineered herbivore tigers, lions, etc

I want the chased to get away. I can't stand watching these types of show because it upsets me too much. I know this is the way of nature...I just don't want to watch. I'm a HUGE animal lover and don't want to see anyone of them hurt or killed.
