well its certainty seems the case, but i wonder if you took a percentage of say polish people living here would the percentage be greater per head than say the British people and lets face it, the more people who come into the country then the crime rate will increase, this is just normal because there will always be people who will break our laws and there will always be people who don't. One problem with Britain is that the whole world knows we are a soft touch with all our freebies we give to anyone, where as any other country will no be so liberal with its resources and expect its own tax payer to pick up the tab. If we were to do as all the other countries in Europe do, then we'd find the flood would stop over night.

Of-course.
The EU constitutions and treaties are aimed at building a more integrated Europe, which means they are wanting to demolish national identities.
The reason is based on a supposition that Winston Churchill observed in his books the "Second World War". that Germany was the most homogeneous country in Europe after WW1.
Britain is already a different country. Like it or loathe it that is a fact.
It is very interesting that some socialists and liberals have said that immigrants are as much British as the indigenous population because they also pay their taxes!
Does the USA, Saudi Arabia, Russia or China agree to that as a strong enough case to make somebody a citizen of their country?
But do you really want to be patriotic? Is the Government patriotic?

No.
Is it changing Britain? Yes. Britain has always changed. One hundered years ago, most of use would not be able to better ourselves, as we would 'know our place' a problem that was even worse two hundred years ago. Univeristy education is accessable to many, a thing that was not the case in the past. Employment mobility is present, again, something not present in the past.
Yes, we are experiencing changes due to immigration, but Britain has always been changing, and will always do so. With or without the EU, and with or without immigration.

Yes, because we can no longer deport foreign criminals. I read an article a few weeks ago about a Polish rapist who has raped three women here in the UK. There is no point in deporting him back to Poland, because EU laws will allow him to come straight back to the UK with no questions asked.
I'm sick of this left-wing wussy attitude and political correctness. We are not allowed to say anything bad at all about anyone who is foreign, or we get branded as "racists". I am not a racist, I just don't like the way our country is being used as a doormat by foreigners.
I'm all for cultural diversity, but it's gone way past that now. It's got to the point where they are taking over. Before we know it, Sharia Law will be enforced on the streets of Britain, and women will be beaten with sticks for wearing skirts.

I think it's a matter of opinion whether you think Brittan is been destroyed, Brittan is defiantly changing. I think in some ways immigrants are good for Brittan but I can also see some down sides too.
I think if people want to come to this country and make a better life for them selves, and work, pay taxes then this is a good thing. But I think people who come into this country to claim benefits are distorting this country, and in some ways we are too soft, a lot of other countries have a lot tougher laws on immigration and they all seem better off for it.
How ever I don't think it is just the immigrants that are distorting this country I think people who have lived here for generations and are just claiming benefits because it's too easy are also ruining this country too.

No. The EU has no effect on UK immigration policy, except in terms of inter-EU travel. And no that's not "destroying" anything.
It's a massive boon to the UK economy.

Most certainly not. We are perfectly capable of screwing things up without help from foreigners.
