Early morning, soon after getting up, 99% of people are running towards money.... Is it not? Why we all are money minded? Starting from Bill Gates, to my street begger, every one is doing money business... Man created money.. I don know how this money rules man..

You have got to live.
You have to keep your family from needs.
Educate your children.
You need money for all these.
You work or do a business to get some income.
The income comes to you in the form of money
which is exchangeable for food,clothing,education etc.,
It does not mean that you are money minded
.It is a necessity in life, without which you are no body.
There are cheats and crooks. They are also money minded.
Ignore them
There are philanthropists. They earn money in their businesses. You can't say they are money minded.
Large number of people work for Bill Gates.
They are paid.by his company and lead a happy and
comfortable life. You can't simply lable Bill Gates as
a money minded person.

That is a good question. Man DID create money, so why does it control us? It's really very simple. Mankind is a kind of race that has to have stuff. I don't know if we think It will satisfy us, or maybe it's just that we've all got empty spots that we're desperately trying to fill. To do all these things you need money, even though it never necessarily helps any.

We have been made money minded, starting from when money became a commodity and money-exchanges became the norm. And the whole world got hooked. Unlucky for India we were slaves at that time. Not independent. And we swallowed lock stock and barrel.

We are selfish, we want everything for ourselves first, we need happiness, we need comforts, we need IPod, we need car, we need home theater, we want a house etc. Material things can be brought with money.
There is a misconception in this world that the more the money one has the more the happy one will be.
