i heard about that placenta thing today actully my good friend is pregnant with her second and she is 15 week and has not yet felt movement and she had a ultrasound to find out that the placenta is in front and this is more than likely why she hasn't felt any movements. and 26 weeks is the last week of the sixth month. The timeline is like this:
Month 1 = Weeks 1-4
Month 2 = Weeks 5-8
Month 3 = Weeks 9-13
Month 4 = Weeks 14-17
Month 5 = Weeks 18-21
Month 6 = Weeks 22-26
Month 7 = Weeks 27-30
Month 8 = Weeks 31-35
Month 9 = Weeks 36-40
month 10 = weeks 40-42

7 months is about 30 and a bit weeks, based on a 52 week year being 12 months
so 52 / 12 * 7 = 30.333

Depends on WHICH actualy months for accurate figures-

Alternatively, add 7 monthsw to the date the doctors gave you as estimated conception date !!!

not alot of people knows this, but pregnancy actually lasts 10 months. (40weeks) This is because you don't count from the date of conception, but from the first day of your last period (usually bout 2weeks before conception). So technically at 28 weeks you will be 7 months.

30 wks

yes, that could be the reason you are not feeling strong movements. You could also have a lazy little one. As long as you feel the baby regularly it's fine.

Remember that in case you "feel" something is wrong you can always ring your Ob office for advice and reassurance.
