Not an issue if YOU are ready.
When the KID is ready, (s)he will soon let you knwo and will make their appearance . . .
3 weeks early is not a lot to the medical world now, but right on time is natures way, and right on time is not always when the doctors think. So they may come before, but let them come in own time.

If you are already dilated that means that your baby is slowly but sure on it's way. You could try walking stairs (don't overdo it though), a warm lavender bath or having sex (easy though, it's not for your man to greet the baby first). My best friend danced with her baby. Slow music and swaying your hips from side to side and in slow circles. Hands off medications, recipes and harsh methods! Your baby will come when it is ready. Merry Christmas and congrats.

Take a warm bath, and movement is good so get walking and sit on one of those massive balls and sway from side to side. Your body must be going in the right direction if your alredy three cm. And sex is supposed to help aswell but dont do that if your waters are broken. Good luck and hope you get your baby for christmas.

simple things like having sex and going for a walk can help speed up the process, but i don't recommend any of the "home remedies" they have out there. you may be ready, but if you haven't gone into labor yet, your baby isn't. wait until you go into labor, or until your doctor feels it necessary to induce.
good luck!

Are you sure you are ready?? LOL...
anyways, try walking. A lot of walking will bring on labor. Going up and down stairs will too.
