a rolling boil is just where it bubbles furiously. in an attempt to describe what happens when milk boils over (for the simple truth is that that is all it is doing) would be by appeal to analogy and metaphor.

exploring the side of the pan like the giant white tongue of a mad man

an eruption of lactic joy

a dairy monster emerging from the pan

a frothing swell of cow juice

an oozing tower of liquid cheese

a foamy explosion of whey

like some tectonic dairy hell
