Most pagans tend to frown on the use of the word warlock. It means "oathbreaker" or liar. But to answer your question, there are many witches, both male and female, all over the world. I'm sure there are many in your town, even if you're not aware of them. Most of us tend to shy away from public attention, just because of bad press.

Depends on what you mean by "witches and warlocks". If you're talking about those crazy people who THINK that they can cast spells on people to make them fall in love or "curse" them to see the "error of their ways" then yes, unfortunately. But people who really CAN do that stuff, I don't think so. That whole "black/white" thing is really stupid. Paganism is Paganism, all bad and evil in my eyes and in God's eyes.
