My car is four years old, I bought a new battery after three years because it ran flat, now this battery has run flat.
There is no warning light indicating that the battery is not being charged.
Any advice would be appreciated than you.

some times when altrenators fail they dont turn on a light

turn on your ignition with the car off is the light on?? if no youre alt may be bad
note if the bulb is bad the alternator wont work and the autozone dudes will sell you lots of alternators before they figure that one out

You need to have the charging system checked. There also may be a short that is draining the battery.

You are not giving us much information about what might have cause it to go flat. Maybe you are not comfortable with diagnosing car problems.

You can take your car to AutoZone or Sears (autocenter) and they will test your battery and alternator for free. I usually don't like to say "take it to the pro" but given you are not telling us much, maybe it is time to take it to the pros.

Good Luck.
