what are the best institutes which also provide placement after BBA. when should I contact them? I will do MBA in future but before that I want to do job for a year along with the preparation of MBA entrance. Isnt persuing MBA after doing BBA a good career scope?

BBA is bachelors in business admin, yes? and then you want to do an MBA? I am big on a more rounded education and individual. thus I recommend a BA in something else and then an MBA. there are too many people in the world who only know how to make money, and there are so many other interesting fields of knowledge that help us make life more rewarding.
but this is just one person . . . you may prefer to be lopsided.

Any Course of study has a good scope in life , provided , you perform well in your Examinations and have a presentable Marks Sheet.Doing BBA first and then going for MBA is good .......and, you said rightly that a gap one year will be there to prepare yourself for the entry into a good Institute to do your MBA.
