Do you have Christmas lunch, or Christmas dinner? We celebrate Christmas and have dinner on the 24th. Roast Pork every year. What delicious stuff do you have? Do you celebrate on the 24th or 25th?

We celebrate on both Xmas Eve (dinner) and Xmas Day (either lunch or dinner). Eve is spent with relatives.... extended family in a private room at a restaurant. Xmas Day is at the home of a relative or ours.

We always have ham and turkey, complete with all the trimmings, and every side dish you can imagine. Lots of Japanese food also, sometimes even with the addition of a rib roast. We end up with so much food, we could have fed an army! Mmmmm... roast pork does sound yummy! Always room for more.... be my guest?

Most likely at our home in Melbourne, where we'll be joined by my hub's side of the family. Lunch and dinner usually become one meal at about 3pm, preceded by the usual snacks. I haven't given it much thought but will probably make a lovely vego nut loaf and the meat eaters will bring cold ham and turkey. There'll be lots of salads, beer and champers. The three generations will all join in for the obligatory game of cricket (some last longer than others!) and a swim to cool down. That's if Melbourne's weather allows. A bit more salad etc and some dessert, then everyone's happy to go home.

We have a huge bbq brekky at about 7am (usually been up since 5am!). Then we have turkey and all the trimmings about 3pm. At about 7pm the turkey comes out with ham and salads. The next few days after Christmas it is what is leftover. We are usually stuffed to bursting but hey, its only once a year.
