I believe you're referring to this current period of the year, right...? ^_^
Well, you know, this season is the winter season ^_^
It's common to have rain/snow during this period of the year ^_^
Due to global warming and other factors, the climate has changed drastically, thus this winter period has extended to February...
The future might be worse, though...
