Categorise better, for example (assuming folders in windows files systems)
If it's all your MP3 albums,
Add a folder for "Classical" move the classics albums to it
Add a folder for "Rock" add the "rock" to that, or do it by artist or other classification

Same can go for word documents etc etc etc

Do you mean you want a folder tree to be more than 200 folders deep? Because unless you're doing some sort of abstract computer art project with 200 empty folders, that sounds rediculous (and a pain to navigate, I would imagine). I would suggest rearranging and organising your data better so that you don't need 200 folders inside each other.
