If your systems fails the "Windows genuine Advantage " checks it means Microsoft believe the windows version installed is not 100% legitimate. Might not be your fault.
I believe there is a link of their website or in the "failed" message box that lets you contact them to try to resolve it, either by purchasing a legal licence, or by giving you the chance to report where the windows was installed, so if it was a dealer they can deal accordingly.
If you report a dealer, I believe they will SOMETIMES be helpful and issue a licence IF you have the paperwork that states they are supplying a genuine copy

Windows Genuine Advantage tool will check to see if your computers' copy of Windows is legitimate. If you're failing the validation, either 1) The company you purchased the computer from sold you an illegal copy of Windows or 2) You installed an illegal copy of Windows (and/or didn't have a serial number).
I'm not pointing fingers, just facts.

You have to have a genuine installer. Try looking for a genuine installer that is liscenced. Then you can re-install your programme.
