Please help me refine my translation. Is it suitable to use "it" and "they" as the subject in formal document?

It and they are acceptable as the subject sometimes, but less frequently than you used those words. When in doubt, use shorter versions of the name, rather than 'it' or 'them' or they'.

introduce xxx in each sentence and use "it" less frequently
for example


XXX Law Center has sucessfully mediated 94.1% of the 3741 cases accepted.
In 2006 XXX accepted 207 cases.


also take out "have" in the last sentance it is unnessasary
