He will be average to good at best. Never great. Don't go just by QB rating though. It is the most misleading stat in sports.

Have you noticed how Tom Brady went from having good stats to great ones this season? What was the difference? He finally got good (or great) receivers. Vince is still young...people seem to forget that in Peytons second season as a starter the Colts still pretty much stunk, also. Once Vince gets some receivers who can actually catch the ball, you will see an improvement in his numbers. If you watch his play, of course he has escapability, but you will also note that he displays good leadership skills. And the past 3 games, his passing has been quite good. Give the guy a chance......most guys go through a sophmore slump, even in the pros, and the QB position is the most difficult to learn. I'm not saying he will ever be a passer of the Caliber of Brady or Manning......but if he can get to the level below them, with his legs, and leadership, the Titans will go far. (Think of a Donovan McNabb, who makes better decisions, inspires more loyalty, and hopefully stays healthier.)

I think he is a good QB despite his stats. Honestly you have to look at his offense supporting cast. Who does he have at WR? What RB on his team can draw attention away from Young so he can get use his legs to make a play. The play actions never work because the RB's are jokes. I think Vince is a good QB right now, but to be a good QB in this league will take time, patience, work, and a betyter supporting cast.

Definetely. I think next year you will see a marked improvement in Young's stats. In his third year Young will have matured signifigantly and will have a more complete understanding of the pro offense. He has all the physical tools to be a good QB in the NFL. just give him some time to become more effective in the pocket. I think Vince AND The Titans are going to be strong in the next few years.

I don't think so. He seems to be a good leader and he isn't losing the games for them. He just isn't a good QB.

he might possobly have a chance at becoming great if he changes homes because he has no play makers except there running back but he doesnt pass to him

If he can't get better under Norm Chow, then that as good as he's ever going to get, unfortunately.
