Is it possible for people to look at you through your computer screen? Fibre optic surveillance or something like that?

It depends but it would not be through your computer screen except ofcourse the screen as a camera or survilliance devices hidding around it and your have given some form of access to be connected through to the people doing the survilliance. With more and more laptops coming with webcams this days you can bet you can be watched.

However Fibre optics survilliance is only talking about the means of tranmission of the message, through your cam, it is faster in that the images converges faster than most other type of transmission method...
