So far the only example I found is Copepods as a primary consumer in a marine food chain. Any other examples would be helpful

Primary consumers eat plants, so you have lots of examples: herbivorous fish, herbivorous snails, etc.
Also many of the animals that constitute the zooplankton, including those copepods you mentioned but also other crustaceans, fish larvae, etc.
Not all are tiny... some are very large, think of a dugong for example.
I'm not mentioning species names because I don't know if you're working on a food chain from a specific area of the globe, but if you type "herbivorous marine fish" (or "snail", or "mammal") in your search engine, you'll find lots of examples.

Some examples of primary consumers in marine food chains are sea anemones, hydra which eats small planktons. Even Blue whale can be considered as a primary consumer because it eats planktons which are producers.
