use a paint thinner. rub it with a piece of cloth. tip: before painting the wall or the ceiling make sure there will have an old newspapers to cover the drops...

Minaral Spirits... It will remove most any paint especially if its fresh. Be careful it you have wood floors, try a small spot and dilute it with water. Good Luck

pateince ,,,,,,,,,,,put water , leave to soak , take a hard brush scrub it off for non oil paints ,,, for oil base paints get cheap thinner or best is HARPIC , KIWI toilet cleaner dilute in water and attck it really works
