i woke up this morning, did a lil jogging and some light exercise (for the first time) then did some house work, after that i had breakfast and a glass of water, two hours later i had another glass of water, then i threw up! ~~~am shocked~~~can someone tell me what went wrong please, thank you...
am not pregnant!!!

you say this was the first time you did the jogging.
well straight after any exercise you should not eat as you need to give time for your body to relax and cool down.

When you body has something it doesn't want it gets rid of it. You can throw up or have diarrhea. Don't stop either unless it is excessive and causing dehydration. It's your body doing what it knows is best.
