The one and only cute bike for girls is scooty pep+.

This bike has small handle and it is easy to turn. And has more features like mobile charger, side stand indicator(useful for girls) which avoid accident, etc,.

Price is Rs. 38,000 to 40,000.
Mileage is 52 kmpl

i think an activa or dio will be best

yo bikes are not too good because believe it or not, in a college its going to be gunny bringing a yo bike.

Honda is a good company for 2 wheelers as i have been using a Honda eterno for 2 yrs i know its even better than some bikes and the boot space is quite impressive.

same goes with activa as the boot space is equally good...
the engine is quite efficient and the best in its class...

they are quite the best for girls i believe......

Rams,

I think to answer you question we need to know more about your sister. If she is a college girl, and is close to school, and doesn't commute to far, then she may be better off with something like a moped. But if she does commute alot, and goes out of town etc... You may want to consider something reliable, and not to expensive. Maybe a Honda Rebel, or something like that. Can yo handle a motorcycle?

Lucky sis.
Top four scoots, one of which I would given to my, if sis, are
Scoot or activa or Yo or Blazer.
All four are different by price and attitude. Rest depends on your budget and sister's taste, after all she is the one to ride it to the college.
